Her fated mate ?

Meet Analia Yang she's a 24 year old nurse, who loves her job since she's always wanted to work in the medical field since she was young, and now that she been allocated to the pediatric unit which she thoroughly enjoys working in as she loves kids and even hopes to have one of her own one day. Analia and her mom moved back to Korea from the United States about two years ago after her father lost his battle to prostate cancer. The adjustment was difficult for her at first since Korea was so vastly different than the United States, especially since she was then trying to complete her nursing course in Korea now. Despite the culture shock, she quickly adjusted and made friends with fellow nurses whom she studied and worked with. In her spare time Analia likes to spend time exploring nature by going on hikes or her favorite pass time is to just to head over to her favorite coffee shop which also stocks some of the best book and order her favorite Caramel Frappuccino and snuggle up on one of the two seater couches in the shop and read. Although lately that doesn't really last long since she always gets a phone call from the hospital asking her to cover few shift in the emergency department which has been short staffed alot these days, and today was no different. Analia had just sat down and made herself comfortable when her phone rang. She checks the screen and sees the hospitals number flashed across the screen, making her sigh, then finally answer the call. Immeadiatly after answering she hears the voice of the head of nursing boom through and yet again asking her, "Miss Yang, I'm really sorry to bother you like this everytime but you've been such a great help previous times and the doctors in the emergency department all seem to like working with you since your quick on your feet when assisting them, that they're even told the charge nurse in the emergency department to ask if me to change your allocation from pediatrics to emergency but then the charge nurse in the pediatric unit kicked up a fuss and didn't want to let you go". Analia giggles and says, "I use to work in the emergency room back in the United States, which would have been the flied of nursing I wanted to specialize in, but when I moved here and continued my studies I was placed in the pediatric unit which to be honest I wasn't too happy about because I love working in emergency but then I kinda quickly realized I love kids and obviously their much easier to work with then adults". Head of nursing: "yes, I've heard the little ones adore nurse Yang since according to them your the nicest, when you give them injections it hurts less then when the other nurses give then injections, plus I heard you like to carry candy in your scrub pocket which you give them anytime they behave well". Analia: "uhmm, I know the candy is probably too much but some of them go through few procedures that hurt for a kid to go through so I just try and brighten their day a little". Head of nursing: "ah no need to explain, infact I think it's a sweet gesture and definitely will make them never forget the nurse who made their hospital stay easier." Analia and the head of nursing keep chatting for awhile unaware that she's being watched by the stranger that she noticed always pick the comfy single sofa in the corner and read while sipping on what looks and smells like pure strong black coffee. In fact, unbeknownst to Analia, the stranger had been watching her too every time he saw her at the cafè, infact actual noticed her due to her cute, high-top sneakers which were in his colour purple. He watches as she lets out an adorable giggle that makes him smile behind his book, and listens as she says, "ok ma'am, I'll see you later then", and finally end the call, but just as she was about to put her phone away it rings again and she quickly answers in a annoyed tone, "yes Lin !". Then, as if noticing, she was talking to loud glances over at him, who pretended to be deeply lost in the pages of his book. Analia then listens as Lin asks her, "Where are you ?", to which she curtly responds, "at Yoo Kang's coffee shop, like I said this morning before I left - duh. " Lin: "well I wasn't really paying attention because I was watching my K-drama but I should have known you'd be there, anyway stay right there me and Mi - ran are coming to meet you". About 15 minutes later, Lin and Mi-ran finally arrive at the coffee shop, where they find on her comfortably stretch out on the two-seater couch with a book in her hands. Mi-ran: "Why are you chilling here with only a drink, but no snacks or food ?, like seriously, I also love to read but can't do it without munching on something. " Analia: "Because I'm not here to eat, but take a break from reality and enjoy my book." Lin: "Doesn't your brain hurt from always having your nose stuck in a book reading?". Analia sighs, then closes her book and looks at Lin and tells her, "You like drooling over these Kpop or K-drama guys, right?", making her nod, then proceeds to add on, "well I like my books and sometimes day dream about how it would be if these guys or heroes in my stories really existed, because we all know chivalry is dead and the f**k boys era is alive and kicking where s*x is the only objective these days". Mi-ran: "You're way too cynical sis, there are still good guys out there." Analia rolls her eyes and asks, "Where are they?", and Mi-ran points over to the guy sitting on the single seater couch, wearing a cap and glasses trying to look very inconspicuous and says, "Well, maybe he could be your Mr. Perfect, since he's been throwing glances this way the whole time." Analia looks towards the direction of the guy and responds, "him?, I highly doubt it but I have been seeing him here everytime I come to the shop, he sits on the same single seater couch everytime when he reads. I actually once tried making conversation with him since he was reading a book I just finished reading but he kinda ignored me, so I was like ok screw you and didn't bother to talk to him again". Lin and Mi-ran look at the man and in unison let out a "huh ?" sound, while Lin adds on, "that's a pity because he is kinda handsome though", making Analia smack her thigh and through gritted teeth tells her, "Stop it". Meanwhile Mi - ran knowing her two friends/colleagues can be very chaotic went they get together and always bicker hence she decides to interrupt the two by asking, "ladies shouldn't we be heading home so we can get ready for this bullshit shift". Analia: "Were you guys also called in ?". Lin: "Yeah, and although I'm not in the mood to trade in my time off to go and work, I can't deny that the extra cash comes in extremely handy though". Analia: "I agree with you there. In fact, these extra shifts have been helping me achieve my goal of buying my own car sooner than I expected." Lin excitedly claps her hands and cheerfully says, "I can't wait till you get a car, because then we can explore more places." Analia: "Easy girl, I don't know Korea that well still so if we're going exploring I think our best bet is the train, bus or taxi". Lin pouts at Analia's words but then then simply mumbles "whatever", then proceeds to pat Analia's thigh and tells her that they probably need to get back to the apartment to go get ready for work. Mi-ran groans and comments while getting up, "I seriously hate midday shifts because your literally walking into chaos and can I mention that I'm lazy also since my body always knows that it should be resting but I'm pushing it through another shift". Analia: "I get what you mean, but what else can we do?.This is the profession we chose, so let's just go ok". The three girls finally head out of the café leaving the stranger behind who looked unbotherd by them as they were sitting there chatting, but in actual fact he was listening attentively to the girls conversation with the hope of getting some information he could use when he decides to make conversation with "Analia", at least now he knows her name. He then thinks to himself the next time he bumps into her at the coffee shop again, he'll try and make conversation with her, since last time when she spoke to him he completely ignored her because for some strange reason she made him nervous and feel like his whole body had been on fire. He sighs as he thinks back to how stupid he was that day and how the only thing he could do just like now sniffs the air and inhale her delicate floral scent that always seems to lingerie when she leaves. He knows if most of the people in the cafe sniffed the air they would only smell the scent of the strong coffee brewing but unlike them he actually has a unique sense of smell which he at first hated because he then could smell every unpleasant smell very clearly making in sometimes gag horribly, but then in this moment hate changed to gratefulness because now he uses his keen sense of smell to clearly identify her scent from a far. In fact, her scent has been imprinted in his memory somehow to the point that she even appears in his dreams. He sits and thinks about her for a moment while running his thumb across his bottom lip and smiles as the sound of her cute giggles replays in his mind, then finally closes his book and decides to leave aswell.
