"Aliana, you are very kind, your heart is very pure and full of compassion, and you really helped Lucille. God bless you for your goodness." As the head nun at the orphanage gives show his gratefulness towards Aliana, as she smiled and held the hand that the mother superior is holding.

"I’m grateful to help mother superior, I'm happy to help get Lucille treated." Aliana smiled as the nun looked at Matthias who was standing behind Aliana.

"We are also very grateful to you, Matthias. Even though you have no responsibility in the orphanage and you live alone, you don't forget the children, especially Lucille." said the nun, which made Matthias smile, causing Aliana to stare at his handsome face.

"Helping the children, especially Lucille, is my responsibility, mother superior, I will do everything for them," Matthias said as the nun also held the hand of Matthias who was standing next to Aliana.

Aliana's gaze turned to her and Matthias' hands that the nun held together as if Aliana felt an electric current run through her.

"You two are a blessing from heaven for children, I pray that the Lord God will bless you. Thank you both very much." the nun thanked them.

"I'll leave you two for now, I'm going to call the hospital where Lucille's operation will take place. I'll let you know when the surgery will happen, I'll leave you for now." said the nun who left the two who were enveloped in silence.

Aliana didn't know how to talk to Matthias, and just before their trip, she didn't know how to hold Matthias because they used a motorbike to get the money Aliana's friend sent for Lucille’s operation. She felt awkwardness at that moment, and that awkwardness continues.

"Sorry if I offended you by the lake, you're a stranger to me that pops up and befriends with Lucille. I misjudged you so easily, I'm sorry for the way I treated you." Matthias said to Aliana who immediately looked at him and shook her head with a matching gesture with her two hands.

"I-It’s fine, really. Even though you somehow insulted me, but I know you're just protecting Lucille." said Aliana who was slightly stunned when Matthias smiled at her.

"Actually, I'm not grumpy. I'm just protective of the kids especially Lucille. So, let me introduce myself to you, I am Matthias Smith.” Matthias introduced himself before placing his hands in front of Aliana to have a shake hand, that Aliana smiley accept it.

"I'm Aliana Sophia Miller, nice to meet you Matthias.”Aliana's introduction to herself as well.

And since the children were busy with work at the orphanage and Lucille was with the nuns, Aliana and Matthias decided to walk until they reached the side lake where they first met.

"What is your reason for vacationing here in Zouz, Switzerland?" Matthias asked as they walked to the big tree near the side lake.

“To have fun before I do my responsibilities at my parents' company. I want to enjoy the things I like that I won't be able to do when I'm back with my country." Aliana said with a smile.

“Things you like but can't do anymore, like?”

“I like to paint, draw. I liked those when I was young, but that's not what my parents wanted for me. I want to be a famous painter, but my parents are against my passion." Aliana said that it was not difficult for her to share her dilemmas with Matthias, whom she had just met.

“Why do you have to do what your parents want, rather than what you want to do? Isn't that your decision on your own?" Matthias said as they stopped under the big tree.

"Because I can't disobey my parents' wishes, besides, they should be obeyed. Wait? You, are you really into playing the violin?” he talked differently as Matthias sat down on the grass under a big tree.

"Violin is my passion, when I was young I wanted to be a famous violinist. I want to travel the whole world, play the whole world with my talent. But I can't do everything I want, no director likes my music, I can only show my violin playing on the street which has become my part time job to help the orphanage. I met someone I thought who will help me, but that someone ran off the money I saved to get to London to train more on my playing." said Matthias.

"We both have a hard time pursuing the career we want, not everything you want will agree with you." Aliana smiled and sat down on the grass where she and Matthias were two feet away.

They were slightly silent while their eyes focused on the lake, Aliana could not stop raising her two hands to make a frame with her hands that Matthias turned to her.

“What are you doing?”

"Because this place is beautiful, it's a shame I didn't bring my painting tools, I would have liked to paint the beauty of this side lake." Aliana said as she was slightly surprised when Matthias suddenly appeared in front of her.

"This is not the only beautiful thing here in Zouz, you can see many beautiful sights here." Matthias said that Aliana couldn't keep silent because she couldn't help but stare at Matthias's face.

"Do I have dirt on my face, Ali?"

"A-Ali?" Aliana said as Matthias returned to his seat and Aliana turned her gaze to Matthias.

"Your name was too long, besides, Ali is a good nickname for you. It means noble, it suits you because you are rich." said Matthias' explanation which made him smile slightly.

“You can call me Matt.”

"I'm not proud of what I have because the wealth we have is not mine, it's my family's. Besides, your nickname is also beautiful, do you know the meaning of your nickname is gift of God?” said Aliana

“Gift of God? God's gift but why did my parents abandon me and leave me in the orphanage? Does it mean, for them I am not a gift from God but bad luck for them?" Matthias said, it's inevitable that Aliana can relate because even though her parents are with her, she feels like they're not there because they're more focused on their business.

Aliana turned her gaze to the lake and smiled as she observed the beautiful sight she was seeing.

"There are things that we cannot understand at first, but I believe that everything that happens has a reason for God. And I believe that you are not unlucky, you are a gift from the Lord to the orphanage to help them." Aliana said smiling at Matthias who was staring at her.

"Didn't mother superior say that you are a blessing from heaven?"

"You too." Matthias said as they both stared at each other and when they realized that their gaze was taking a long time, they looked away together.

They were speechless to each other as the cold wind made them feel the breeze of the side lake where they were at that moment.
