CHAPTER - 31

Ryan’s P.O.V.

We both were standing outside the ER. Mr. Blake was staring at the closed door for quite a while. I collected all my courage and shook his shoulder a little bit. He looked towards me with a blank expression.

What had happened today in the board room had not only torn away Anya but also left a great impact on him.

“Sir.. please sit down there.”, I signaled towards the waiting area and he blankly looked the direction I was pointing out. It seemed that He was in his own trance.

“Sir… “, I shook him again.

As if he came out of his trance, he looked towards me.

“What is happening Ryan?”, he asked me in a very sad tone.

“Everything will be alright Sir. Mrs. Blake had seen worst than all these. She is a fighter. She will come back”, I tried to comfort him.
