In the end, Rose needed to sell three crates containing Victor's gifts to cover the month's excess expenses. The girl handed Adrian the second and third crates without hesitation. In her closet, there were only four indoor dresses and five outerwear left. As well as two shoes, one white golden necklace, one bracelet, and a set of riding clothes.

It was all far from enough for Rose. It was better to empty the closet than made it full of fancy junk bribes. This way, Rose didn't owe Victor much for buying her a lot of stuff.
