Today is finally the day that I will face the chimera. The monster that is causing my nightmare a few days ago. Strangely enough, I didn’t have that nightmare anymore. It might be because I have grown stronger and I know that I could kill the chimera with my own hands.

Looking at the figure of alien-lion in front of me that is throwing tantrum, I approached it carefully.

I don’t want to die because of a wild lucky attack that happened to graze my body. Although I have leveled up, all my stats are in strength and luck. There is no survivability from additional vitality stats. I just hope that luck stats really work and will get me to dodge the attack because of luck.

Carefully I put the sword in front of me and trying to hit the chimera from behind. Although its health is less than half, I didn’t know how much it is in reality.

Sweet. The damage I dealt can’t be considered as a mosquito bite anymore. It is like a cat’s scratch now for the chimera.

It immediately went on an alert and turn its body. It looked in my direction but sadly enough it doesn’t discover me. I can really say my inherent skill is really a cheat. I just haven’t discovered the right way to utilize the skill before.

From its health bar, I can also see that my 80 point of attack damage depletes 1/30 of its remaining health.

Alright, 29 more attacks and it will die.

As it couldn’t see me and only throwing wild attacks, I move carefully as I attacked.

Not long after, under my relentless attack, the chimera falls to the ground. I have successfully conquered the symbol of fear from my memory.

Killing the chimera instantly leveled me up twice, sending my level to 11. I usually earn 5 stats point every time I level up. It seemed that from level 10, every level up gives me 10 stats point.

There is also a pleasant surprise that I can actually choose a class. This seemed more and more like a game world to me. It didn’t surprise me since the dungeon has appeared in the world, what’s impossible?

I look at the chimera’s body and surely there is a body part from him that will be sellable. But I didn’t know what it was.

The heart? No, unless it was a dragon, their heart basically is useless. Teeth? It looked quite sharp but that’s it. The skin? As its body has already mixed with alien-like features, what use does it have? Not to mention it is already in tatters since I keep on attacking it.

I guess I should just pass from looting its body this time. When I return, I need to research what kind of materials is sellable.

Immediately a treasure chest appeared in front of me along with a blue portal behind it. It seems that the chest is my reward for clearing the dungeon and the blue portal is the door to escape. I also didn’t know that this kind of dungeon actually ranked as E rank. Thinking about the monsters is D rank dungeon and higher, the chimera suddenly looks like a cute little kitten in my eyes.

I couldn’t care about that now since there’s a more important issue.

I opened it and found some things inside. 5 pieces of gold coins, a black mantle, and a book.

This gold coin could fetch a high price outside since the coin itself is made from 24k pure gold. I checked the black mantle properties.

I immediately wear the black mantle and checked the last item.

So, you can learn skills from a skill book. This might fetch quite a prize outside but since it seemed useful, I decided to learn it.

The effect might seem insignificant at first but actually, it is very useful. It makes both of my hands become dominant arms. I am a lefty and my right hand is weaker than my left but right now I can feel that my right hand isn’t any weaker than my left. I can also use my right hand without feeling awkward as if it was my natural arm all along.

Before leaving, I saw a pile of armor beside the place where the chimera used to sleep.

It must be the equipment of Sirius's party member. I should carry them with me since I might be able to sell them. There might be some useful items that I can use too. I will sort it out later.

There is also the option to choose a class but I will also check it out later since I really want to get out of this place, have a sumptuous meal, take a hot bath, and sleep.
