The drivers’ meeting would’ve been interesting if Andrea could keep herself from staring at the back of Sarah’s head. Normally, only drivers and their crew chiefs would attend a meeting like this, possibly their spotters, certainly not their girlfriends, but since this wasn’t a race for points, it was only for money, bragging rights, and to earn one’s way into the race for the rest of their career, significant others were allowed in.
Sarah had given Andrea dirty look when she’d walked in then smiled at Case and took her seat next to Gordon, who didn’t seem to be paying any attention to Sarah’s wandering eyes. Andrea wished she could actually shoot laser beams or darts out of her eyes to hit the woman in the back of the head, but that would probably make her just as awful as Sarah was.
