The only problem with winning the pole at Daytona was that a thousand reporters wanted to talk to him, and Case didn’t have time for that because he desperately wanted to spend the rest of the time that Andrea was there with her. Instead of heading back to the motor coach for dinner and a few hours of time with her, he was stuck doing interviews and taking pictures for almost two hours.
