The set of Sarah’s new movie was being constructed in a backlot fairly close to the sound stage where Andrea was filming. Case sat outside in his car, waiting for Sarah to make her way out of the studio, wishing he could go see Andrea for a few minutes, but she’d told him that the director didn’t want him on set, and he could respect that. Of course, there could be no drama over him with Sarah on a day when she wasn’t there, but he wasn’t about to argue with the boss.
