"Eve!" Nathan opened the door. He looked at the whole page. Her beloved wolf was not there. So Nathan decided to put Eve's food in its usual place.

Tonight he has to go to a party put on by the most famous friend on campus. Nathan had already chosen the most boring outfit according to him. Clothes, hairstyles and glasses are three things that can keep anyone away from him. Except, classmates. They knew Nathan's true face. However, they had vowed not to say anything about Nathan.

Whistling Nathan came out of the gate. He chose to walk, because Max would pick him up on the main road. Besides, Nathan kept the place where the house was and who his parents were. His father asked to keep his family identity secret. William argued that it was for Nathan's safety. All of this was very agreeable to Nathan, who only wanted to be alone. Nathan was not interested in any social relationships. Therefore, he attended tonight's party as well because he had to. Max forced him to come even if only for a moment.

"Finally, you came," Max smiled.

"I have a bad feeling. This is not a good idea."

"Come on, mate. It's just a party. Nothing can kill you there." Max is still trying to persuade Nathan.

Nathan hesitated. So far, he was quite comfortable at home and enjoyed his time. However, the image of the face of the vampire who killed his mother was still vivid in his mind. From then on, going out at night was Nathan's most avoiding time outside the house.

"I ..." Nathan hesitated. "Go on without me, Max. This isn't my style."

"Because of that, it's a very strange condition. I don't know Rosaline. Why did she make me a condition for you to come to her party. That's untrue and very suspicious." Nathan did not want to go. His heart again voiced an uncomfortable feeling.

"Please, just this once." Max got off the motorbike and bowed before Nathan.

"What are you doing!?! You're crazy," Nathan was embarrassed by Max's attitude.

"I will stand up if you will. Please!?!" Asked Max with a face.

"Stand up I said!?!" Nathan scolded Max. But Max won't listen.

"All right, let's go. I'll just go in for a moment. If I'm not around then I'm going home."

Max immediately got up and punched Nathan's arm happily. "That's a friend."

Nathan snorted. He immediately sat behind Max. When the motorbike walks away, the wolf who was hiding in the dark appears to pay attention to where the motorbike is going.

Nathan and Max were half an hour away. The house they came to was located in a large private plantation area. The very large house represented the owner's wealth. The sound of pounding music came from outside. In front of the fence stood two guards.

"You know, getting closer. I want to go home more and more," whispered Nathan.

Max isn't listening. He stopped his motorbike and showed the two guards the invitation. After the invitation is checked, the two of them can enter the available parking lot.

Many luxury cars lined the parking lot. So that the existence of the Max motorbike is too conspicuous.

"Max, look! Everyone is rich kid. We have to be self-conscious. Better let's go home. Don't let us come here and be a joke," Nathan tried to make Max's mind change.

"That's exactly Nath, isn't this great. We're invited. Come on in!" Max dragged Nathan away by force.

"You came," said a beautiful girl like a famous model. Perfect beauty with a luxurious ball gown.

"Yes, thank you Rosaline for inviting us," said Max.

"Come in, I've been waiting for you."

Max is about to enter. However Nathan did not want to take a step.

"I just drove him, I'll go home," said Nathan.

"Hey, what are you saying !?!" Max protested.

"Right, it's not good to go home straight away. If your friend is drunk. We are not responsible if something happens," said Rosaline.

Nathan forgot that Max liked to drink alcohol. She wants to leave, but can't just leave Max. After all, Nathan had also heard of Rosaline's strange lavish party.

"You're always getting into trouble," whispered Nathan and then stepped in ahead of Max and Rosaline.

In the room. Several students from various majors were enjoying the party. If seen, almost all of them are children of the rich. Nathan chose to sit on an empty chair and watched Max take a drink and then began to move his body to the beat of the music.

Nathan took a deep breath. The sound of pounding music and the many people there made her chest feel tight. Moreover, the feeling of discomfort that made his heart even more upset.

"Take it easy Nathan," said Rosaline. He sat exposing his long legs in front of Nathan.

"Why did you make me a condition for Max to come to your party?" asked Nathan.

Rosaline smiled. "I'm just curious. You look unattractive in my eyes. There is no advantage that I can see in you. Not handsome. Not attractive and a true nerdy. But, why am I always interested in looking at you. And I heard many like you. I am. I'm getting more curious. Moreover, you never reply to every invitation and message I send, "said Rosaline.

"Isn't the answer obvious. I'm a bookworm. Introverted and what else? The issue that says a lot of people like me is not true. So, obviously I'm not what you think. When it's finished then let me and my friends go home," said Nathan. He got up to take Max home.

"Let Max, enjoy the party. He really wants it. So if you want to go home, just go home," said Rosaline, then walked away.

Nathan immediately approached Max. "Max, let's go. We're going home."

"You go home. I'm still here," said Max.

Nathan could not force it. "Fine, but promise not to drink."

Max nodded assuring Nathan that he would be fine. Nathan immediately walked away from the house. He immediately took out his cellphone to order a taxi, but it was strange that there was no signal. Nathan was forced to walk for a while to the main road.

While walking Nathan looked at his cell phone to see the signal. Without realizing it someone had blocked his step.

"It turns out that the very fragrant smell of blood comes from here," heard a male voice, startling Nathan.

Automatically Nathan stopped in his tracks. She sharpened her eyesight to see if she knew the man.

"Who are you?" asked Nathan. He felt a cold temperature enveloping his body. Nathan's feet took one step back. The feeling of worry that he had forgotten earlier now returned to him. Without having to wait for an answer Nathan turned to run.

"You won't be able to leave," the man's hand held Nathan's arm.

Nathan struggled, punched and kicked, all missed. When Nathan saw the man's eyes, suddenly Nathan's feet trembled. Those red eyes made him remember the past. Moreover, the canines sticking out when the stranger in front of him grin was clearly visible. Nathan's fear was doubled. The hand with long nails gripped his neck. Nathan had difficulty breathing. When his consciousness and breathing are weak. A faint howl was heard in the distance.

"Eve," Nathan muttered and then passed out.
