In a fit of anger, I throw a flower vase against the wall. It bursts into splinters of ceramics on the floor. The sound echoes through the entire room, sending shivering chills to my maid. I have been throwing things since earlier this evening. Both Tijan and Lisha are scared, but they still have to dress me up and polish my face for the feast that I have designed.
