21. Part B: Luna Decrees

1000 Words

Damon's POV I didn’t start the car until the jet was out of sight, taking her with it. I know I had told her not to cry even though it was hurting me just as much. To be away from my Luna would be a struggle, but I would always keep my promise to her. She’s too driven to sit at a castle planning party, too smart. I sighed, heading back to the castle myself to get to work on these trade deals. The second I’m done with them, I will be on a jet to see her. I might never leave her the moment I get to our place there. I pulled up and got out of the car and a driver took it to the garage, I headed straight inside and to my office. It wasn’t long before someone knocked on my office door. “Come in,” I said, setting my pen down. I smiled as my mother entered and took a seat across from me.
