The young black-haired and pale-skinned lady sitting weakly on the bed blankly sweeps her dark golden pupils across the white and gray room full of strange things that she had never seen before. Hearing the unusual voice, Syraen Draecy glanced at the metal-like humanoid standing next to her bed. She had wanted to think that the crazy wizards must have created another kind of weird puppet, but the written words on the flashing transparent screen at the wall in front of her, and the language coming out of the metal humanoid dashed all of her conjectures of being able to survive that terrifying catastrophe. Her dark golden pupils flickered slightly as she looked straight to her right at the only window in the room. A beautiful night sky full of stars that gushed down like dozens of connecting rivers greeted her sight. The only thought in her mind at the moment is that she had never seen such a beautiful natural creation in the world that she came from.

Archangel Lucifer finds it amusing that in the almost two thousand years of being an archangel, he never once saw the human beings on earth and only saw the humans that are already on their spiritual form in heaven. Lucifer would not be able to guess that he will be captivated by what he will see, and that he will start to question the mandate of heaven as well as his faith. Lucifer started to love the humans, to love the light in their souls as he questioned their duties and loyalty to heaven. Lucifer wanted to explore the earth and to be with humans, he wanted freedom, to love and to be enraptured. Archangel Lucifer decided to follow his own will and not the will of heaven or the creator, as he descended to earth. Lucifer would never have known that his descent will not only bring him closer to humans, but to a dying girl named Venus with a soul that shines like the morning star. He would never have known that their meeting will let him discover dozens of puzzling mysteries about his identity as an archangel, and that he will be wholly and eternally trapped in her mesmerizing light.
