Everywhere was noisy,lixy was busy sleeping peacefully on her bed when her mother walked in and tapped her,"lixy,are you still sleeping here,I thought you have an interview to attend to today". lixy got up on hearing these."mom, you didn't wake me up early,am late,mom"she screamed rushing into the bathroom, not quit long she runs out."are you sure you took your bath, you just went into the bathroom just now"lixy laughed at her mom,"mom, you know how important these work is to me,we have alot of expenses,and brother is going to have a baby soon, hospital bills, baby clothes and even your drugs,mom, please" lixy quickly put on her jeans and a black t-shirt, she peck her mother and rush's out. lixy p.o.v I am lixy maxson, the youngest in my family, actually I started taking care of my family at the age of fifteen, after my dad passed away leaving me and my elder brother, Steve and my mom Linda whom hasn't been feeling well lately, but she never complain about anything, when my dad died I was sad,my mom even went into depression because of which she is struggling with now,my brother has no job,he only likes to play gambling and drink with his friends,he never provide nor support us,he impregnated a girl which he was forced to marry,now her due date is approaching really quickly,doe I go through alot of emotional struggle,I never allow it to affect my family,I do love my brother alot no matter what he does,he is still my flesh.
