Chapter : Two

Elise's POV

"Elise, have you seen my hair brush?!" Sophia shouted from her room. I looked around my room incase she left it in here. Sophia had a habit of just coming into my room whenever she is doing something and then leaving without the object she had came in with. 

"No, it's not in here either" I shouted back to her. I was currently getting ready to see my parents since the last time I saw them was a year ago. Ever since I started college, I hadn't been home since I was super busy with college and my part time job, so I never had time to go see them. I was super excited to see my parents and my brother again. Luckily we all stayed in touch as much as we possibly could which I was super happy about. 

My phone began to ring so I quickly ran to it making sure that whoever was calling didn't hang up, I saw that it was my brother Michael and I quickly picked it up. 

"Hey Michael, what's up?" I asked, trying to get ready so I put him on speaker phone. "Hey little sis, you excited to come home?" He asked in a cheery tone. 

"You bet, it was going to be a surprise but never mind that haha" I told him, joking about. Ever since we were kids we'd always played pranks on each other. We were nearly inseparable. 

"Listen, I will give you a call once I reach the airport, I need go get ready" I told him. I felt bad for needing to go but I also had to get everything packed in time. I quickly look at the clock on my wall to see that it read 7:45am. I had about 15 minutes left to pack and then get Sophia to drive me to the airport all before it reached 9am. 

Finally I was done packing. This s**t takes so long to do and I just didn't have that kind of energy in me. I closed my suitcase and walked into Sophia's room. 

"Hey, would you drive me to the airport?? I'd get a taxi but then I thought I have a best friend who would just do it for free" I joked, causing her to laugh and stand up. 

"Come on loser" she said grabbing her keys and leaving the dorm with me not to far away from her.

After a ten hour flight, it finally landed, boy I was so ready to get off this damn plane. My legs were beginning to hurt from how long I had been sat down for. Plus it was a super long and boring flight but I guess social media is there to solve that problem, well sort of since I was still super bored. 

I got off the place and walked through to where they were waiting for me, or at least where I thought were waiting for me. I scanned the crowd of people until I saw someone holding a card board with my name on it. I walked over to notice that it was … 

"Enzo!" I practically yelled to him, running over and hugging him so tightly. 

"I haven't seen you in so long babe" he said to me, hugging back just as tight. I was so so happy to see him here. Both of our parents fell pregnant around the same time and ever since we were born we have been and always will be best friends. There was only a day between us. Obviously, I was the oldest out of us. 

"I missed you" he breathed out as we both squeezed each other. 

"I missed you too" I told him, he put me down gently and I picked up my bags. 

"Come on let's go, bet you miss everyone" he said leading me to the car. He has no idea just how much I have missed everyone here.  

We got in the car and he began to drive home. If only everyone knew how excited I was to see them again.
