On the other side

A businessman is seen admiring something with a smile on his face and it is a painting of two people, he kept looking at the painting as if there was some magic which keeps attracting him towards it

Man: this painting is so beautiful. There's something about this painting that I can keep looking at it all day. I have always been fascinated about paintings they are so beautiful and pretty I always wanted to have a huge collection of paintings so that I can keep looking at them forever

While he was talking with himself someone interrupts him

Person: Manik sir we have contacted the girl who made this painting and told her that she can meet us and discuss more in detail

Manik: sure but we have some interviews so I'll be busy with them so you can meet that girl and discuss her package

Person: Manik sir

Manik: Cabir you can call me manik when we are alone no need of sir you were my friend first

Cabir: okay manik I'll talk with that girl and discuss everything, no fear when Cabir is here

Manik chuckles

Scene shifts-

Nandini is seen sitting in her room thinking how to convince her mom, she wasn't able to understand in which way her mom will get convinced, just then her mom enters the room

Mom: Nandini get ready

Nandini: but why maa?

Mom: you left your phone in the hall and that time you got a call from Malhotra company that you have an interview to attend

Nandini: maa but I told you right that I got a call for the painting I did then why are you asking me to attend this interview. Why are you doing this maa you know how much I love painting and my ambition of becoming a painter

Mom: you can meet them later but first you have to attend the interview and yes everything about your dreams, ambition, passion whatever but I still want you to attend the interview

Nandini: but maa

Mom: Attend the interview first and then you can do whatever you want

Nandini- what if I won't get selected in the interview, then can I continue painting and pursue my ambition?

Mom: you definitely will because I uploaded your resume and you are quite capable for this job you are meeting all the requirements they need for this job

Nandini: just in case if I don't get selected then what will I do?

Mom: you will attend another interview simple  but I will not allow to just do painting and sit in home always without a proper job. I will have to listen all the taunts from our relatives and family I don't want that to happen so listen to me and go attend the interview

She understood that there is no use because her mom won't understand how much she loves painting so she decided to do something and get rejected

She got ready and went to the company and soon her name was called

Nandini: May I come in sir?

When she heard the man say yes she entered inside and looked at his face and she was shocked

Man: you can sit

He sees her still standing

Man: I hope you can hear I told you can sit

That's when Nandini realised that she came to attend an interview and sat down

Man: so my name is manik and today I'm going to take your interview

After sometime she completed her interview and came out of the room and started talking within herself

Nandini: oh my God I can't believe that I'm seeing manik after so long!!!! Like seriously I did not expect that I will meet him again like this. I definitely want to do this job because manik my crush is here but I don't want to work also because I love painting. Damn I don't know what to do. But I guess he doesn't remembers me because he spoke so formally with me. Anyways I'm so happy to meet my crush after such a long time

Scene shifts-

Manik is seen smilibg and just then Cabir enters the room

Cabir: wow did I just see the Manik Malhotra smiling?

Manik: Cabir when did you come?

Cabir: I was waiting for your interviews to get over

Manik: but you had to meet that girl right

Cabir: yes I was supposed to meet her but she called me and informed that she will be a bit late so I'm meeting her Tom because it's already late now

Manik: okay

Cabir: anyways don't try to divert the topic and tell me why were you smiling?

Manik: nothing just like that

Cabir: keep this lame excuses to yourself I know you better than you do

Manik: okay I'll tell you I was smiling because I saw a girl who was studying in my college so nostalgia

Cabir: don't tell me it's your ex

Manik: why would I smile for my ex?

Cabir: point

Scene shifts-

Nandini is seen so happy she was smiling ear to ear all the way and when she entered her home her mom noticed this

Mom: Nandini why are you smiling so much? Did you c***k the interview?

Nandini: I don't know maa they will call and inform me if I'm selected or not

Mom: Then why were you smiling?

Nandini: I just met an old friend while I was coming back that's why I was smiling maa

Saying this she leaves to her room and hugs her teddy bear

Nandini: I still can't believe that I met manik spoke with him, shook hands with him, he smiled at me, though it was a formal smile but still seeing your crush smiling at you and talking with you is still a dream for many people and I'm so lucky that these dreams got fulfilled for me. I guess I won't be able to sleep tonight and will be thinking about him only . Damn he has become even more handsome now. I have to call Navya and tell her about this I'm sure she will also be very happy
