Chapter Two - “Kiss me right now.”

1571 Words
Ivy's P.O.V "Ivy would you hurry up woman. I have not eaten since breakfast." Ryder pouted from my bed. "I will be Five minutes, don't get your knickers in a twist," I replied, rolling my eyes. The boy has no patience. If I were not as hungry myself, I would take longer to annoy him, but I needed food. We decided the Bar and Grill would be our place of choice, plus it closer than anywhere else. "Let's get going then Mr pouty." I giggled. The biggest smile appeared on his face as he jumped to his feet. I laughed at his dorkiness, heading out. Ryder soon hot on my tail, wrapping his arm around my shoulder, pulling me into his side, kissing the top of my head. "Thank you again, Ace." He said, smiling down at me. "Don't make me regret it, dude," I said bumping my hip against his playfully making him chuckle. We decided to walk in case we wanted a drink, plus it is only five minutes down the road from our apartment. "Two please darling," Ryder said to the front of restaurant staff, the most charming smile on his lips, adding a wink at the end making her giggle. I had to stop myself from rolling my eyes at her. I don't get how a guy can make a girl so damn giddy. "Sure, Sir." She replied, winking back at him, "Follow me." She added. She headed to where our table was going to be. I followed behind as Ryder flirted with her. I saw him slip one of his business cards to her, another booty call to his collection I am guessing. "Can you not go one night...one hour even of not thinking with your d**k dude?" I groaned annoyed at him. "What would the fun in that be? You are only complaining cause you haven't been laid in weeks, months even. You should do something about that." He smirked at me. "We aren't all hoes like you Ryder," I said, flipping him off. This made him chuckle loudly, grabbing some more female attention. I get that part because he does have a beautiful laugh; he always has. The women seem to like it. Nothing else was said before Little Miss Giddy came back over with menus for us. I thanked her. "Thank you beautiful," Ryder added flashing his heart racing, pantie dropping smile again.    "You are disgusting," I said, shaking my head, Ryder shrugging it off. I turned my attention to the menu, deciding what I was having. I know Ryder will have some healthy crap that tastes disgusting like he always does. I am the complete opposite, ordering all things naughty which pissed Ryder of...a bonus for me. "What are you having?" He said a stern look in his eyes. "Double bacon cheeseburger with fries," I smirked. "Stop smirking. You are going to kill yourself with the crap you put in your body. See for that; you are getting a two-hour session tomorrow." He said smugly. "And you are going to get an S.T.I. With the number of places, you put that thing. I will stop eating crap if you stop screwing around?" I said smugly. I knew I would win this one cause he moans if he does not get any in a few days, no chance he would even last a week. He went to say something but decided against it, clearly knowing there is no point. I gave him a smug look; he soon turned away to the menu. We ordered our meals, getting ourselves a bottle of White wine for the table. "s**t!" Ryder said his full-face changing in a split second. "What?" I asked, confused. "Kiss me right now." He said all of a sudden. "What? Eww! No. What is wrong with you?" I asked, shaking my head. "Come on; I am not that bad. Please Ace, Ellie is over there with some friends. She knows I am here, she keeps looking over, but I don't think she realises I see her." He said. I went to protest but before I could. "Please? She is coming over." He asked, his eyes hopeful. I cannot believe I am going to do this. The eighteen years we have been friends we have not shared as much as a peck, now I need to do this? "Fine!" I groaned. I reached over, placing my hand on his cheek, moving my chair closer to him before reaching for his lips, kissing him. For a moment, it felt awkward, wrong, but all of a sudden, I found myself relax. My lips rested against his, and he seemed to be the same. He reached in, taking my face between his hands and deepening the kiss. I found myself let out a small whimper like noise with the longer his lips were against mine. Why does this feel good? He removed a hand from my face, sliding down my sides before falling on my hip, grabbing it roughly as the kiss became more frantic. I felt myself squeeze my thighs together...this was turning me on, seriously wtf? I felt his warm tongue roll over my bottom lip. I went to open my mouth to let him roam free. "When did you two get together?" I heard in a hiss, making us pull apart quickly. Ellie and she sounds jealous. Ryder quickly pulled away, and my lips felt empty. I had to stop myself from groaning in annoyance. I turned, glaring at her. "None of your damn business that is when." I hissed. I really did hate her. "Ryder?" She whispered, looking at him. He never said a single word to her. He went still and quiet, licking his lips as he looked at her. I hate how she can still make him weak. If she turned around and asked him to give her another chance right now, he would probably say yes without hesitating. I reached over, kicking him out of his trance. "Are you two together now or dating?" She asked him. "Together. Ivy is my girlfriend now. It was bound to happen." He said pulling himself together Why did he just tell her that? I thought we were pretending to date now actually girlfriend and boyfriend that is going to make this thing harder.  "Oh...Ok." She said, sounding disappointed about it. What isn't one brother enough? She needs two? Dirty hoe! I am all for girls having fun...doing what they like, but I draw the line with people who end up f*****g their boyfriend's brother. "Problem?" I hissed. "Nope! It won't last." She laughed. "Yes it will cause unlike you I am not going to start f*****g his brother. Now piss off, you aren't wanted here." I growled. She went to say something but before she could. "Ellie, would you f**k off?" Ryder hissed at her. I smirked as I saw her full face drop when he said that to her. She growled at me before stomping her foot and walking away. I turned my attention back to Ryder, who was watching after her, his eyes sad again. I sighed, reaching over, placing my hand over his, and making him look at me. "Ryder she isn't worth it. You can do better." I said softly. "I know Ivy. It is hard because she is the only girl I have ever been in love with." He said sadly. "I know Ryder. It will get better." I smiled, which he returned. He nodded, our food arriving before we said anything else about it. Ryder dug right in. I, however, had other things in my head, by that I mean the way that kiss felt. My lips were still tingling. I sat playing with the food on my plate, not feeling very hungry now. "Ace you Ok?" Ryder asked, looking at me with a concerned look on his face. "Yeah fine," I said, faking a smile, taking a bite of my food. I could feel his eyes on me for a moment before he turned away, getting back to his food. I sighed picking away at my dinner before Ryder starts asking questions again. I do not understand what I am feeling right now. I have never thought or seen Ryder like that EVER! Maybe it is only because I haven't been laid in a few months, yes that must be it. I pulled myself out of it eating my food like a normal human being. I see Ryder glance over at Ellie now and then. "Dude you need to stop looking at her cause if you don't she is never gonna believe you, and I are together," I said to him. "Yes, that is true. Sorry I said you were now my girlfriend rather than we were just dating." He said nervously. "It is fine. Sure we can manage. Though we will need to fake a break up at some point." I said. "Yes, I know. Even if we can keep it going for a few weeks or something. Then maybe say we broke up cause we are better off as friends or something." He said. "Ok sounds like a plan. Now can we finish our meals and wine, go somewhere else away from her?" I asked, and Ryder nodded. We finished our meals and a bottle of wine, Ryder paying. He reached in, linking his fingers with mine as we headed out. I let him be, knowing we had to sell it to that b***h. I could feel Ellie and her friends glare at me as we walked out. I turned around, using my free hand to flip them off. They were not amused, Ryder and I, on the other hand, were in stitches of laughter. Maybe pretending to be his girlfriend will not be too bad after all.
