Following my dream

Finally, I've submitted my application.

Nothing can stop me. I will get to work in Scott's Incorp. for Internship if everything goes accordingly I will get a job there after internship and then I can fulfill my second dream of becoming Nathan's girlfriend.

I've decided to confess my feelings for him on my birthday next month.

It will be the best 19th birthday.

"So you've submitted," asked Rose sitting beside me another of my two best friends.

We've been together since 5 years when she shifted to our town.

She's blonde with hazel eye colour sharp nose and plump pink lips.

She's beautiful and I really like her because she is not like those plastic beauties rude and mean for no reason.

She is actually a badass with a good heart.

"Yeah. I'm so excited about it but my friend Nathan here doesn't feel the same," I said trying to sound hurt

"No it's nothing serious,just that I'm not up for it," said Nathan

"Let's just order something,you guys are thinking too much. Amara will be fine and we are always here for you" Rose said being the angel she is. I was really hungry

"Thank you so much guys you both are awesome. I love that you both are here on such short notice" I said

Just on time the waitress arrived to take our order.

I didn't like the way she was glancing

Nathan while taking our order. I can't help but feel a sting whenever something like this happens.

I know Nathan is good-looking and all but still.. I don't like when he smiles back at her.

"So what about you Rose?" I asked as she also wanted to join the internship program with me.

"No I've decided not to apply as I've always wanted to join fashion designing course but due to financial conditions I couldn't but I've decided to take my chance in the course and continue my part time job alongside.

It will be fine for now.

Just hoping everything turns out well and I do well." she said being the strong person she is.

"That's great, I'm really excited for you and I'm sure you will be fine as long as you want it." I said excited for her that she is taking the right decision.

"Enough with your boring talks said Nathan frowning in our direction.

You both sometimes bore the hell out of me." Nathan said being bored of our talks.

"Yeah,yeah you don't have to worry about your future but we do. You have your own gym and you will handle everything after college" said Rose in a mocking tone.

Nathan's brow rose due to the comments made by Rose.

"What do you mean by that? I don't work or I don't have any issues..

I do a lot of work just so you know handling everything around and in between expanding my business is so exhausting" he said.

"Come on Nathan, she didn't mean it like that. We know how much you love that gym and since your father's death you've been handling everything so well. I am proud of you" I said meaning every word, I am really proud how he handled everything around.

"Thank you Amara. You are the only best friend that understands me others are to mock me" he said trying to sound he is hurt, but we all know him.

Hearing to him talk about me makes my heart flutter. I just can't wait for the birthday to come. I will confess my feelings for him.

"Tomorrow's gonna be a new day and I am happy we all are following our dreams," I say with lots of enthusiasm and excitement.

"Yeah", said Rose.
