Chapter 2

1218 Words
I sat alone on the edge of the forest, staring into the trees. It had been weeks since I had escaped from the brutal pack that had held me captive for so long. I had been a slave to their cruelty, a prisoner to their abuse. But now I was free. The forest was a new beginning for me. It was a place where I could start over, where I could make a new life for myself . I was determined to never return to the pack that had caused me so much pain. But in the back of my mind, I knew that they would be looking for me. I took a deep breath and tried to calm my worrying heart.I knew that I have to be strong, that I have to be prepared for anything. But the thought of the pack coming after me was terrifying.I have heard stories of what they were capable of, and I knew that they would stop at nothing to get me back. As I sat there, staring into the trees, I heard a rustling in the bushes. My heart jumped into my throat and I jumped to my feet. I took a few steps back, preparing myself for the worst. I took a few more steps backward, trying to put as much distance between myself and the mysterious sound. But just as I was about to run, a tall, dark figure emerged from the trees. I froze in terror, my heart pounding in my chest. I snuck out of the Red Amour Pack territory, hoping to find a new place to call home. I had spent my whole life as an outcast, never feeling like I belonged because I was a weak omega. Now, I was on my own, with nowhere to go. I wandered for days, until I came upon a beautiful, lush forest. I thought I might be able to find some food and shelter there. As I sat in the forest, heard the sound of a howl in the distance. I froze in my tracks, my heart pounding in my chest. The howl sounded close, and I was terrified. Was it a wolf? Or something even worse? I tried to remain calm, and slowly began to move deeper into the forest. As I walked, I heard the howl again, this time much closer. I could feel my fear rising, but I tried to stay calm. Then, suddenly, I saw a large wolf appear in front of me. Its eyes were glowing yellow, and it let out a low growl. My heart was racing, and I was frozen in place. The wolf took a step toward me, its growl getting louder. Then, a voice spoke from behind me. "I wouldn't do that if I were you." The figure stepped out of the shadows, revealing a man with long, dark hair and piercing green eyes. He was dressed in black, and his eyes seemed to glow in the darkness. He looked at me and smiled, revealing a row of sharp, pointed teeth. I stood there, frozen in terror, as the man with the sharp teeth stepped closer to me. I didn't know what to do. Should I run? Should I try to fight him? I turned around, and saw a tall, handsome man standing there. He was shirtless, his skin covered in tattoos. He had piercing blue eyes, and his long, dark hair was pulled back into a ponytail. He looked at the wolf, his eyes glowing a brilliant blue. "I suggest you leave now," he said to the wolf. The wolf snarled at the man, its fur bristling. It seemed to be contemplating whether to attack or flee. Then, it let out a final growl and ran off into the forest. The man turned to me, his expression softening. "You're safe now," he said. "My name is Ken, and I'm the Alpha of the Blue Moon Pack. And this is my personal servant " Alpha Ken pointed to the guy that had appeared from the shadows. My heart was still racing, but I felt a sense of relief wash over me. "Thank you," I said, my voice trembling. "It's no problem," Alpha Ken said. "I couldn't let that wolf hurt you. You're welcome to stay with my pack, if you'd like." I considered his offer. I was scared and alone, and I didn't know what else to do. "I'd like that," I said. "Thank you." Alpha Ken smiled. "No need to thank me," he said. "We'll take care of you here." He motioned for me to follow him, and I did. We walked through the forest, the leaves crunching under our feet. "There's no need to be afraid," he said, his voice low and smooth. "I'm not here to hurt you. I just want to talk." My heart was still racing as I tried to decide what to do. Should I believe this man? Or was he just trying to trick me? I took a deep breath and forced myself to speak. "Why should I believe you?" I asked, my voice shaking. "You could be lying." The man smiled again, his sharp teeth glinting in the moonlight. "You have every right to be suspicious," he said. "But I assure you, I'm not here to harm you. I just want to talk." For now, let's focus on the here and now. Let's focus on how to get you out of this situation." I hesitated. This man was offering me a way out, a way to escape the pack and their cruelty. But can I trust him? Can I believe what he was saying? "How can I trust you?" I asked, my voice still trembling. The man looked at me with a sad, knowing smile. "You cannot trust me, not yet," he said. "But I will give you a reason to trust me. A reason that you will soon understand." I felt my heart pounding in my chest. I wasn't sure what to do. But I knew that I have to take a chance, to take a leap of faith. I nodded slowly, my eyes never leaving the man's face. "What do you want me to do?" I asked. The man's smile widened. "I want you to follow me," he said. "Come with me," the man said, reaching out a hand to me. I hesitated for a moment, my eyes flicking from the man's hand to his face. He looked at me with a kind, understanding expression. Finally, I took his hand and allowed him to lead me into the forest. As we walked, the man began to speak. "I know you must have many questions," he said. "And I will answer them as best I can. But first, I need to know more about you." I considered the man's words. I wasn't sure if I could trust him, but I knew that I needed to tell him something about myself Otherwise, he might not be able to help me . "What do you want to know?" I asked, my voice shaking slightly. The man looked at me with a reassuring smile. "I want to know about your life before you came here," he said. "Tell me about your family and friends, about your home. Tell me everything you can."
