1. No, I am not taking them off!

1802 Words
I watch the orange-red haired girl, walk down the hallway. Since I can remember my eyes just has to find her. She looks at me rolling her eyes and it makes me I grin. If there is someone Kim hates the most it is my face and I can't stop smiling every time she sees me with her green eyes. "Hello, Kimmie." I tease as she steps up to her locker right next to mine. She just gives me the death glare for a second. "You didn't grow much this summer did you?" I ask grinning. Kim takes a deep breath and closes the locker. She turns to look up to me and tilt her head. Kim is like 5'1 and I am 5'6. She has always been so tiny, since kindergarten and I have bothered her all the way since we were two. "I grew as much as your heart did." She says and gives me a crooked smile. I hit both of my hands over my heart to show her my pain with a huge smile on my face. "Too bad you can't hurt it since I don't have one." I wink and Kimmie sigh. "Sam, are you ever going to stop annoying me?" She asks irritated. I take a deep breath and look around as if I am thinking hard. Then I lean down to her very close. "No." I whisper and Kim rolls her eyes. "I hate you!" She says angrily and kicks me in the leg. I smile as I watch her walk down the hallway. We have been fighting with each other almost every day and I enjoy every minute. She has such a high temper and the most stubborn person you can ever meet. If there is something she is good at it is kicking and hitting me. I always seem to win with words and she let out her frustration on me with a hit or a kick. I roll my eyes as I see my nightmare walking down the hallway, Lizzy. She is a pain in the ass. I turn around and start moving my legs away from her. Every time we met one of us will leave with an ugly bruise or something bleeding or broken. We argue all the time, because of the spot as the goalkeeper on the soccer team. I started playing as a kid but as a striker. When I was ten one of the coaches I had noticed that I was better at blocking the ball and I was tall, so he put me in as a goalkeeper and I have stood there ever since. I remember once that we had a game, and I had but no choice to run out and take the ball from the other team's player. Unfortunately, I took the ball as she was about to kick it. She hit my temple so hard that I almost passed out and the bleeding just wouldn't stop. It was painful as hell, but I really wanted to play the rest. The coach had to force me on the bench, and I hated it. I step into the bathroom to avoid the blonde, only to meet the orange haired girl once again. "Are you stalking me?" She asks as she washes her hands. I grin and she shakes her head, annoyed. "I am stalking you," I open the door carefully to see Lizzy walking pass. "And avoiding her." I say as I turn around to the green-eyed with a smile on my face. Kim steps towards me. "Move." She says, no matter how she sounds her voice is always soft. Kim breathes out irritated and then kick my knee a little too hard. "Thank you." She says with a big smile on her face as I start jumping on my good leg. "Damn you!." I say angry and lean on the wall as she steps out the door. "She is in there!" My eyes widen as I heard Kimmie yell. I bust out the door, finding Kim with a grin on her face. Then my eyes turn to Lizzy that comes towards me fast. I start running, limping with my bad knee and hear, Kim, laugh behind me as I round the corner. On my first day, I ended up beating up, thanks to no other than Kim. The first thing that Lizzy did as she reached me was dragging me down to the floor with a grip on my sweater. Then she kicked my bad knee and made it worse. Not long after she kicked me in the face, and now my cheek is red and blue. My temple almost got the same rift as I the girl gave me at the soccer game. Lizzy didn't even give me the chance to stand up to fight back. "There we go." The school nurse, Sharon says as she comes in with crutches. "No way." I tell and jump down on the floor, big mistake as I landed down on my ass. I wince in pain. "I am going to kill Kim." I say gritting my teeth. The brown-eyed woman helps me up. "You need them, just for a little while." "No." I shake my head in protest. Sharon sighs. "Fine, your choice." She says giving up. I start limping down the hallway and see Kim standing with her back to me as I reach her with the locker. "I hope you got your ass kicke..." She put her hands over her nose and mouth as she turns to look at me with shocked eyes. I smile, feeling the pain in my cheek. It's not the first time I have gotten my ass kicked. Almost every week I get something, I guess I should get the hint that people don't like me that much. "Yes, I did." I tell her a little amused by the worry on her face. "Oh my god, I am so sorry." She says. Without a warning, Kimmie wraps her arms around me so tight that I almost winced. I look down at the crying girl with nothing but shock in my eyes. Then I feel the warmth on my cheeks. I am not used to people hugging me or even touching me, I have boundaries. "Umm." I say and push her by the shoulders lightly. She looks up at me with her red and wet eyes. "I am fine." I smile at her. Kimmie's hug surprised me so much. I have never touched her once, neither has she expect when she hits me. We look at each other and I know my cheeks are still red. She snorts as she dries her eyes. "Have you never been hugged before?" She asks amused and I roll my eyes. "Have you heard about no touching?" I ask angry and she raise her eyebrows. Kim shakes her head as she takes the rest of the tears away. "I need to go home." I sigh. It is the first day and I missed it, because of this girl in front of me, I can forget about soccer for a while. "I see you later shorty." I tease and smile. Her eyes hardened and she hit me in the shoulder. I wince in agony as I put too much weight on my bad leg. I stumble down on the floor like I did back in with the nurse. "Oh god, I am so sorry, Sam." She sounds so worrying. Kimmie bends down next to me as I rub my knee. "Nothing good happens when I am around you." I say gritting my teeth. She looks at me with her green eyes full of fury. "Why the hell don't you have crutches?" She asks and pushes her long orange-red hair away from her face. I have to bite my inner cheeks to keep myself from yelling at her. My knee has been through hell today. "I didn't want them okay?" I tell her harsh and try to stand up. Kim helps me up with a grip on my arm. "Thank you. I see you tomorrow, Possible." I tease, she looks just like the TV-series Kim possible, the same hair and eyes. It is amusing. She rolls her eyes. I start limping down the hallway, but just two steps and I wince in pain and lean against a locker. Usually, I can handle pain, but this is just torture. Goddammit, why did I say no to the nurse? "Let me help you home." I hear Kim say behind me, I turn, but she was already next to me and lay my arm over her shoulder. I almost jumped as she put her other hand on my waist. "Thank you, for driving me." I tell Kim as she parks the car in front my house. She smiles. "Well, since it was my fault, guess I owed you one." She shrugs and I smile. Then I open the door. "Umm." I start as I look at her. She rolls her eyes, and step out the door and comes to help me. We walk into the house. "Can you help me up the stairs to my room?" I ask I feel awful for asking her so much, and to be honest I don't like to get help. "Sure." She smiles. We stumble up the stairs and Kim lays me down on the bed as we reach my room. I take a deep breath as I close my eyes and dry the sweat off my forehead. Then I jump as I feel Kim's hands on my leg. "What are you doing?" I ask shocked. "I want to see if your knee is okay, but I can't pull up your jeans, long enough to see." My eyes widen with terror, as I knew what look she gave. "No, I am not taking them off!" I say irritated and move my body further into the bed. Then she starts to pout. "You got to be kidding." I say and face palm myself. Her eyes are melting me and I take the pillow over my face to hide from her. "You scared of me?" She is teasing now. I throw the pillow at her and she chuckles. "I hate you." I tell her angry and she grins. "Aww." She says. I sit up, but as I tried to reach for her, she moved back. "Who is the small one now?" She mocks and raises her eyebrow. "Can't you just leave?" I sigh as I lay back down on the bed with my arm over my face. What an i***t I am for letting her help me home. I feel her sit down on the edge of the bed. "Go home!" I yell. "Fine!" Then the next thing I hear is her shutting the door close.
